If you are planning to build a new house or if you want to have a complete refurbishement of your existing house, it is compulsory to have the works controlled.

For some small renovation, you are not obligated to hire anyone to control the works but, why is it a good idea to do it anyway?

You might have knowledge of construction but every country has its own regulations so the rules you know they may differ from the ones in Spain.
If you are abroad and you can not be in the house while the works are done, it is not easy to have updated information. Even if you are in Spain and have time to control the works in your house, it is not a task that everyone enjoys.

We will control the works for you, will guide you to have the best possible results and will keep you informed of the process wherever you are.

It is not always easy to find the information in English and maybe you are not fluent in Spanish to understand, so we can help you to fill and present all the documents needed and to pay the taxes that are required from the Town Hall to have the works done.
